Job Summary

Responsible for the logistics and execution of projects including booking own travel, scheduling field crews, coordinating equipment/supplies needed, hands-on work at jobsite, maintaining all PPE, and reporting. Travel up to 60% of the time to job locations. May live anywhere in the United States with reasonable distance from a major airport.

Essential Functions

Perform hands-on work at customer jobsites to support Pipeline Conditioning projects.
Coordinate equipment, supplies, and field crews needed for assigned work.
Book and manage travel according to project schedules.
Maintain required personal protective equipment and jobsite readiness.
Prepare project reporting and communicate field progress to internal stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field preferred.
Equivalent field experience in pipeline, oil and gas, or industrial services will be considered.

Experience

Experience working safely in field, industrial, pipeline, or energy environments.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to job locations throughout the United States.
Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, crews, or equipment is preferred.

Special Skills

Strong communication, scheduling, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while representing the company at customer sites.
Comfortable with practical troubleshooting and changing jobsite conditions.

Physical Activities

Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting during field assignments.
Operating around pipeline and industrial jobsite equipment while following safety requirements.

Physical Demands

Must be able to wear required PPE and work outdoors for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and move jobsite materials as needed for assigned work.

Environmental Conditions

Work may occur in outdoor field environments with heat, cold, noise, dust, and changing weather conditions.
Travel-based role with variable schedules depending on project needs.
