Advanced Mobile Odorization Technology

Pipeline Conditioning utilizes proprietary mobile odorization units designed specifically for our operations. These innovative systems were engineered by our odorization professionals to deliver temporary odorization services across diverse environments, from remote locations to densely populated urban areas.

Our mobile units contain all necessary tools and supplies for successful project execution and provide supplemental odorization access in areas previously unreachable by conventional equipment. The ventless odorizers we deploy don't discharge gas into the atmosphere, making our services the most environmentally responsible odorant injection system available. Our proven success stems from odor-free units that enable seamless operations regardless of project location.

Amanda Koplin (Co-Founder and CEO)

As Co-Founder and CEO, Amanda leads strategic development and resource management for our pipeline services company. Her focus encompasses both short-term operational excellence and long-term growth initiatives.

Before establishing Pipeline Conditioning in 2018, Amanda had extensive Human Resource expertise across diverse industries, including high-tech startups, established manufacturing companies, and international financial services corporations. She specialized in enhancing corporate culture, optimizing hiring processes, and negotiating benefits. Amanda maintains her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, earned in 2010.

Jason Koplin (Co-Founder and President)

As Co-Founder and President, Jason drives strategic partnerships and sales growth. With 20 years of experience in the natural gas and hydrocarbon industries, he brings unmatched expertise to our odorization services.

Before founding Pipeline Conditioning in 2018, Jason served as a Deepwater Drilling Engineer for Shell Oil, spending significant time on Perdido—the world's deepest oil platform. He also managed projects at Atlantic Ethanol, overseeing the setup of ethanol plant operations on the Chesapeake Bay. Throughout his career, Jason has designed and managed dozens of natural gas odorization projects and served as a contracted expert for odor fade and "no odor" investigations and solutions. He personally designed and built the industry-leading odorization systems used in all Pipeline Conditioning projects.

Jason earned his degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

George Song (Chief of Engineering and Operations)

As Chief of Engineering and Operations, George ensures each odorization project achieves optimal engineering efficiency and intended results. He leads our field operations team in executing all pipeline services projects safely and without odor impact. George joined Pipeline Conditioning in 2019.

With over 15 years in the energy industry, George brings extensive field operations experience from the Alaskan Arctic to the Mojave Desert. Before joining our team, he worked as a consultant for an oilfield service company and as a Field Engineer for Schlumberger. George has published articles in Oilfield Technology Magazine and holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
